On the business front, Jon has been with Armia Systems Inc. since 2008. In that time, he has gone from Marketing Coordinator to Director of Sales and Marketing or "Sales Captain". Of his accomplishments, he is most proud of his reorganization of the sales department to increase revenue when the market for prepackaged software declined. Renewed focus on services and full time dedicated development helped save the flagging revenue of the company while we structuring to position the company for expansive growth within a period of six months.
Jon personally oversees and manages more than 200 development projects per year.
